Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

2. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

   • The order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant listed on the Platform, or

   • The seller or merchant has initiated the shipping process, or

   • The product is already out for delivery.

   In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

3. Core Media IT does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, including but not limited to flowers, eatables, or similar goods.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds or replacements for perishable items may be considered only if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.

2. In case of damaged or defective products, users must report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Refund or replacement requests will be processed only after the seller or merchant listed on the Platform has verified and confirmed the issue at their end.

4. If you believe that the product received is not as described on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
   After reviewing the complaint, the customer support team will take an appropriate decision.

5. For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, users are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer for resolution.

Refund Processing Time

• Once a refund request is approved by Core Media IT, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

• The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
